Okay so because Toby Fox is great at music Sans has multiple themes that all share the same root musical structure with totally different tones. Which is presumably what his MUSICAL ESSENCE will shift between based on the mood.

sans. is his base theme which is basically just representative of Sans generally being a lazy schmuck and making stupid jokes, that sort of thing. The essence of his laid back persona.

Song That Might Play When You Fight Sans is basically the uptempo fight version of his normal theme with some extra flair. It is apparently what his normal battle theme would be but he also just won't bother fighting you unless it's Megalovania levels so it doesn't actually appear in the game. SO I GUESS FOR HIM BEING ACTIVE IN A NON MURDERY WAY, which, much like in the game, is not likely to occur.

It's Raining Somewhere Else is the downtempo version of his main theme, which seems to be musically representative of his more melancholy interior life, and some of his more genuine emotions. There is also ANOTHER version of this called Sans's Secret Room which is this song but even slower and MORE melancholy that plays in the room where he has all his old science stuff and various relics of the life that, for whatever reason, he had to leave behind. INNER SKELETON ANGST.

Megalovania is the song everyone is familiar with which is the song that plays when he brutally kicks your ass for being a serial killer. It's arguable the boss theme of the player at that point more than it's even his theme song, but it would still be applicable to Sans in his No Mercy kill mode.

So Ivan does have a song Mikire Zakura, but I Just Haven't Gotten Serious Yet, Interviewer, and Karakuri Pierrot are among the many songs I have for Ivan.

... Yeah, a lot of Vocaloid songs, but anything containing a struggle with who he is/how he's viewed/who he wants to be (and perhaps a Japanese flair of some fashion) will work for Ivan. In IS, he plays the shamisen. On that line of thought, Change could work too.

Being a minor character, Luce doesn't exactly have a theme song. However, it's likely extremely similar to her granddaughter Yuni's, A Star In My Heart. This is the lyrics, including a translated version.

The sound is essentially the same, but since Luce is Italian, the lyrics would probably be as well.

In KHR, this particular series power set is called "Dying Will Flames". They're essentially a person's life force, refined into high density energy. There are seven varieties, and they each have their own attributes. That's the basics of it. Luce has the rare Sky Flame, with the attribute of harmony, and those who have this flame tend to be natural leaders and often possess great insight.

I don't know what this will mean for her soul music, but she has been subconsciously channeling her flame into her voice when she's been singing which connects people to the emotions she feels during those moments!

Psii here has the character song of Gold Pilot.

It should be noted that his song might already be kind of.... broken and questionable, with more of the skipped and electronic parts. This is because Psii's life has been pretty shitty up to this point, what with being forced as essentially a living engine/computer for the person who destroyed everything he loved.

...So Printer Jam works pretty well for that sound.

(I made a whole playlist for him once too, with the last four songs summing up his life as Helmsman.)

The Phantom Arcobaleno is Mammon's character song, with lyrics here. (#9 is what you're looking for.)

Their song can be essentially summed up as "Money is great and my illusions are better than you". Which sums up their life view as well, the little shit.

So we're in luck that there is an official theme song for Jack right on over here. There is also the song from when Jack is trapped in The Locker here and the one that Jack likes to hum (thanks Elizabeth) Drink Up and we also have the romp song from the fourth movie in which he runs around the Palace here.

For Kirby there is this classic. And I think that's enough. XD;

This is Riku's theme from from Kingdom Hearts II.

After searching and searching the closet thing I can find is this for Oikawa.

mostly, the first thirty seconds are most important part, as it's the majority of his theme. Feel free to ignore the rest.

Kise has a ton of character songs. Shalala ☆ Goes On (Star Drive Remix) is my favorite.

Instrumental wise Sessen is a good pick as it was the bgm for when he had a good moment of character growth.

Cloud shares his theme with the game - the Main Theme of Final Fantasy VII (that's an orchestrated version - everything else is going to be original 1997 video game music). In particular, the moody passage towards the end transitioning into the triumphant part is associated with the final reveal of his mystery. He even plays it on a piano at one point. Motifs from it appear in some of his other themes:

Who Are You - Cloud's theme for his hallucinatory episodes.
Who Am I? - this is literally the music that plays inside his mind, apparently. He wasn't very well at the time.
On That Day, Five Years Ago - five years! his brain hurts a lot. Five years. That's all he's got.
Interrupted by Fireworks - love theme.

As someone not especially mentally stable continually playing a cool and heroic character, mentioning that it sounds video-gamey and glitchy, a sweeping orchestral score played entirely on bad synths, is very appropriate.

Lapis does have her own theme in the series, which is pretty telling: "I Am Lapis Lazuli"

As far as I'm concerned, this one fits her extremely well: "Shatter Me"

And this one's a little abstract, but . . . I think probably the experience of watching/listening to this one is probably a lot like trying to listen to Lapis's song at times, if that makes any sense: "Goodbye to a World" - lots of spoilers, though! And flickering light, if you're sensitive to that.

Coming from a musical canon, Kido's theme is Mekakushi (Blindfold) Code--"A song of hiding your eyes."

Another song that might be applicable to the entire Kagepro cast is Children Record--"The story of children's faces." (original version, but this is EBA not Ouendan) It's a song about all of them which she uh. Just covered with Genos.

Nia's songs are very quiet and calm! The first is her main theme: What is Moe...?

The second is a song which is very important to her--one played at her wedding. Love Conservative

Saika's song is this creepy shit. I can't remember for the life of me if Anri has a theme and google won't help. But I've always associated Novocaine with her.

since I'm lazy... I'm giving you both characters. They both have same thing as Luce does. The Dying Will Flames. But they are different too.

Takeshi has Rain Flames, which is Tranquility. This is pretty much a chill pill.

He has a few character songs. the first is Ame no Message. There's also Ashita ni Mukatte and Minna Suki Daze. Sadly youtube took the last two away so boo to them.

Xanxus has Sky flames like Luce with an extra. He also carries Storm flames, which is destruction/disintegration. It creates something called the "Flame of Wrath" and like the name implies, happens because he's an angry fuck.

Xanxus has a metric assload of music being an arc villain. 3 different musical leitmotifs plus 2 other leitmotifs that are for the assassination group he leads, called the Varia.

Ankh kinda shares his song since a majority of his character arc also coincides with the the use of his Core Medal Combo, which is Hawk/Peacock/Condor. Here's the music video with translations and the first use of his Cores by Eiji. TaJaDor is arguably the strongest of the Combos OOO is able to use.

SHEP:
Shep is pretty straight forward, tune-wise, and doesn't actually seem like the sort of person who is very good at hiding himself. His tune very clearly comes across as Something About Us by Daft Punk, at the moment.

SILVER:
Silver is also seemingly pretty straight forward, though in a totally different way. Their music is aggressively loud - the tune equivalent of having an extremely radiant soul. In fact, after being around them for a while, their tune gradually seems to infect the world around them, bringing it closer to their own beat. Right now it sounds like Stronger by Christina Aguilera.

GOLD:
The same way that Silver is straight forward, Gold is very complicated. There is that same feeling of overwhelming presence, except for more discordant - which is mostly because Gold seems to be playing two different tunes at full blast, as if purposefully trying to overwhelm one with the other. The first tune is Like a Pill by Pink, and the second one, the one that is blaring especially loudly, is Happy by Pharrell.

Namine sounds like this Because why not use her musical theme. It is most frequently like this, but it is also occasionally becomes this when she's particularly pensive, such as when she's drawing.

Yuffie on the other hand is Is this. or this. . HOWEVER when she's being sneaky or duplicitous IT IS THIS. Every time. Every single time.

Auggie here doesn't have a theme to talk about, but I'd like to think his theme sound's an awful lot like In Our Talons , Oh Dear works for more melancholy moods.

Eda doesn't have a official theme, but she's got plenty of canon music. Make a Bet, A Cold Wind in My Mind , Let Me Know Your Name, and Don't Look Behind are good tracks.

None for Aramat/Tamara, though several songs do fit. Bow Belle, Lady of the Flowers and A Garden of Peace

His current main theme is "Blood of Angels" by Nox Arcana, featuring Michelle Belanger, but "Engel" [Angel] by Rammstein also fits him, along with "Play With Fire" by Cobra Verde

For Greg, his tune is largely composed of a simple, plunking acoustic guitar, best encapsulated with the track Greg on the Beach, and the acoustic version of Rose's theme. While not a Greg song, I think the melody of Tower of Mistakes gives a good idea, too.

Well canonly Bill’s favorite song is THIS

But I think Bill Cipher isn’t a being that would have a song as much as would have ambient noise. This noise could take the form of music at times, he has had very subtle score play in the background before, if you try to listen, but much like the rising Shepard tone, I believe Bill’s music is more akin to the soundtrack in a horror movie; something full of tension, that leaves the listener feeling energized yet also somewhat unsettled; subtle until it rises out of nowhere with his mood. Other times it might mimic something akin to a static tv, or leaves in shaking on a tree. Random to say the least!

OR Rather than having his own tune, it might be fun to play with the aspect that Bill distorts the other tunes around him, much like [spoilers:] When Bill Hi-Jacked the opening Gravity Falls theme song Feel free to use that notion, if you like?

Roy's typical song will be Adele's Set Fire to the Rain. When he's in a particularly good mood or sassing others it might start to resemble this popular Disney tune with some lyrics rewritten and different instruments. Aaaand here's an extra tune from canon for kicks.

When he's in close proximity to Riza Hawkeye, their songs tend to harmonize and turn into something of a mash up of their themes. His individual song also tends to sound more clear and correct in her presence.

Until he's rescued his main song will likely be warped in a way that makes it sound less serious and soulful than it is meant to be.

Connie's tune has elements of the piano and violin... Plus the faintest hints of chiptune.

Lion, her companion, also has a tune of his own! Who knew. His chiptune is somewhat more erratic and features... cat toys? It changes around certain others, such as Steven, and mellows out with soft piano. In fact, it almost seems as playful as the children he's protecting.

Oscar's theme in series is actually a classical piece, Invention No 13 in A minor by Bach.

But there's a few others I assign to him. Mission by Beats Antique, and Flight of The Navigator by Childish Gambino

I don't think I've done this yet, so. Sora's Sacrifice would be for when he's think about memories or is contemplative, or feeling anything deeply. But Sora's Theme would be his main one.

Anytime he's around or thinking about Riku or Kairi, Destiny Islands can probably be heard, however distorted it might be right now.

And being around or thinking about Jamie results in Standd By You. Not distorted since his feelings for Jamie grew while here and haven't been tampered with.

The Doctor has his own special theme for this incarnation of him but as he's still the same Time Lord, his older themes also can be heard in interludes or mashups with his current main theme. I am The Doctor (The 11th Doctor's theme)

J should be able to tell Doctor is very old (around a thousand) and not human.
